If you select "yes," this online form will take you to another page on which you should be prepared to answer the above questions for the second presenter. There is no need for this second presenter to submit a separate abstract for the same presentation.
Proposal Information

Please indicate the type of proposal you are submitting.

—If you are proposing an individual paper/poster/workshop, please do NOT select the "panelist" or "panel/special session" options.

—If you are planning to present as a panelist in a pre-arranged session that is being proposed by someone else, please select only the "panelist" option.

—If you are proposing a special session AND plan to present as a panelist in that session, please select both the "panel/special session" and "panelist" options, and upload two separate abstracts below (one for the panel and one for your own panelist presentation).

***Note: All conference participants are limited to ONE presentation, whether as an individual presenter or as a panelist.

If you select the "panel/special session" option, you will be asked to enter a title and short description of your proposed panel on the next page of this webform.

Please enter your PRESENTATION title in the language (English or Hebrew) in which you plan to present. If you selected the "panel/special session" option above and are not also uploading an abstract for a panelist presentation of your own, you may enter "n/a" in this box, since the PANEL title will be entered on the next page of this webform.
